Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a piece has been cut, welded, or worn.

Lost, Broken, or Damaged Jewelry

Love That Permanent Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stretched, broken, or damaged chains after they leave our studio or pop-up location. Permanent jewelry is delicate by nature, and while designed for everyday wear, it is not indestructible.

If your chain breaks or is removed, we offer re-welds at a small fee, provided you still have the chain in good condition.
